Meditation & Guided Meditation — Virtual & In-Person
Meditation
You've heard what meditation is supposed to do. You've maybe even felt it once — that rare afternoon when the noise stopped.
The gap between knowing about that state and reaching it reliably isn't discipline. It's guidance — someone who knows how minds actually get there, working with yours specifically.

It's training your nervous system to stand down.
The "blank mind" myth has ended more meditation practices than anything else. Minds produce thoughts the way hearts produce beats — trying to stop them isn't the practice, and failing to stop them isn't failure.
What meditation actually trains is simpler and far more useful: the ability to shift your nervous system out of vigilance and your attention out of the churn — deliberately, repeatably, on demand. That's a physical skill, like balance. And like balance, it's learned much faster with a spotter than from a diagram.
Every session is guided. You're not left alone with your eyes closed, wondering if you're doing it right. You're walked into the state — until your mind knows the way on its own.
What the training produces
Not mystical states. Practical capacities — the kind you notice on a Tuesday.
Why learn meditation from a hypnotherapist?
Meditation and hypnosis are neighboring territories — both are states of focused attention where the analytical mind steps back and the deeper system becomes workable. A hypnotherapist's entire craft is guiding minds into that territory and knowing what to do when they resist.
That matters because most failed meditators didn't fail at meditation. They failed at the entry — sitting outside the state, following breath instructions with a nervous system still on watch. Knowing how to induce the state, deepen it, and troubleshoot a specific mind's resistance is the difference between instructions and instruction.
It also means the work can go further when you want it to. Once you can reach the state reliably, it becomes a platform — for the pattern-change work hypnotherapy does, for performance states, for the audio protocols that extend the practice between sessions.
What you're probably thinking right now
How is this different from a meditation app?
Apps hand everyone the same recording and assume the same mind. But the reason meditation 'isn't working' is different for different people — a threat-scanning nervous system, an attention style that fights stillness, a belief that resting is unsafe. Working live means the practice gets built around what your mind actually does, and adjusted when it does it. The app never notices you left. I do.
What does hypnotherapy have to do with meditation?
They're neighboring states — both are focused attention with the analytical mind stepped back. The practical difference: meditation trains the state over time, and hypnosis can also use the state to change specific patterns directly. Coming from a hypnotherapy background means I'm not just teaching you to sit — I know how to guide a mind into the state, what's happening when it resists, and how to work with what surfaces.
Is this religious or spiritual?
The practice here is secular and mechanical: attention training and nervous-system regulation. What you connect it to — faith, philosophy, nothing at all — is entirely yours. No incense required, none forbidden.
I don't have time to sit for an hour a day.
Good — because duration isn't the active ingredient, consistency and precision are. Ten well-guided minutes that actually reach the state beat an hour of sitting with your eyes closed while your mind runs its to-do list. We build a practice that fits your actual life, then let results argue for expanding it.
